Am I not supposed to have what I want?

Pikachu, having given up on being Super Chu was enjoying a stroll through the city. Until he saw a Charizard getting mugged. A part of him wants to help. But he can't. And the guilt weighs heavy on him. All he wants is to live a normal life. And he want's to be the one who decides what to do with it.
